I am UX/UI & product designer with 15+ years of experience. When it comes to my work, I am always looking for that new project, something new to experiment on and smart people to work with. I'm currently head of Product & UX/UI Design at the Digital Transformation Team of the Italian Government, helping the Commissioner Diego Piacentini in the digital transformation of the entire Country. I've co-founded the Community called Designers Italia, the institutional Hub for everything is related to design and the public sector: guidelines, tools, kits, best practices, use cases, and so on. I'm in charge of the User Experience Design in the Unit called "Innovation Initiatives" at Infocamere, the IT company for the Italian Chambers of Commerce. The Unit is involved in R&D of new products and services, to explore emerging tech trends like blockchains, conversational interfaces, big data and machine learning. I've been for many years Lecturer and Contract Professor in the courses of "Theories and Techniques of New Media" and "New Media applied to Social Research", in different faculties fo the Padua University. In 2015 I've co-founded the startup Triboom, a digital platform taking the advantages of a crowdfunding approach to the sports industry. Now Triboom is running an international spreading phase and is developing projects in Italy, Spain, UK, Germany. I've lead teams of more than 20 people, some of them living in different countries, involved in many projects at the same time. Regarding decision making, I believe in data collection. It is mostly about testing and getting feedback, and I am flexible and humble enough to reconsider my positions every times data suggest me to do that.
