For the past 10+ years, Marilia has been helping companies transform their business to the next level: becoming effective user centric cultures, focused on providing the best omnichannel product/service/customer experience across every touchpoint of the user’s journey. Although specialized in Telecom and IT businesses, she has been wearing different hats (user experience, customer experience, service design, digital transformation, project, team and innovation management) since her passion encompasses a set of different areas of expertise: from products, to companies, to city services the goal is to improve people’s lives by designing to their needs. She works as a service designer for a non-profit organization that works for public sector, in Porto, Portugal, with the mission of improving the interaction with the citizens along their journeys. Passionate about gathering user’s data, Marília is also the co-founder of Design Research Portugal, a community that aims to spread the importance of user and data-driven decisions, discovery and research in projects, products and services.linkedin.com · portodigital.pt
