How ADPList designs to democratize mentorship

ADPList didn't start out with grand ambitions to democratize mentorship and enable education freedom. But as the company took off, co-founder Felix Lee wondered if there was a way to get the community on ADPList to elevate the world through mentorship and increasing access to this resource. How did he do this? Through good design Now, over 1 million minutes of mentoring sessions (and counting) later, Felix sets out his dream for a culture of sharing in which design helps foster community and connection instead of isolation and separation.
