Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly changing almost every aspect of the way we live our lives, including our working lives: from how we are recruited and placed in a work environment, to the development of our personal career, in this context AI is playing a role of primary importance. Some examples: an AI can first scan my CV or my answers to understand if I am suitable for that role and proceed with my application, in the same way it could help me select valuable content for business continuos learning or it could monitor the my KPIs to understand if I am in line with my business goals.
